**First had a debriefing, given by AJ Torres and Mike Folley, regarding laws and general safety pertaining to transporting children.

Treasurer’s Report
- Rob redid Feb-May report to match statements
- Has since made 3 deposits, and written 2 checks
- Additional registration checks given to him by Christine
- Will destroy documents older than 7 years old
- Switch to Chase bank
- Assistant coaches to pay ½ price

Report from County Rep
- Next meeting July11 @ Oberlin depot across from McDonalds on Rt. 58
- Open positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Sportsmanship manager
- Nominations for these positions due County VP by 6/30
- Nominations from Lorain City Soccer may be e-mailed to Dave Kallas @ kallasgrp@yahoo.com and he will forward to VP
- Dave running for sportsmanship manager
- Dave spoke about & passed out info regarding roster sizes and field dimensions, this info on county web-site
- County mostly concerned with roster sizes at this point
- Any questions or concerns regarding County soccer, call or e-mail Dave Kallas
Report from AASL Rep.
- Not present
- Per Steve, currently playing high school summer league
- Commitment deadline June 25th
Report from NOGSL Rep.
- Not present
- Deadline for rosters is July 31
- Calvin holding tryouts for U12 girls team mid-July, more info. to follow
- Much discussion took place regarding fees charged for Lorain City Soccer players who double roster for county teams and AASL or NOGSL teams
- It was decided to charge players $60 for recreational (county level team), and additional $70 to roster for a AASL or NOGSL travel team when rostering for both leagues
- Family cap will be $100 for inhouse and recreational (county level) players only.

Registrar’s Report
- Deadline to get all information to county is Aug 1
- Team commitments due county by July 1
- She needs to know how many teams to commit and has only heard from 7 coaches.
- Deadline for Lorain City Soccer coaches to return registration packets to Christine is June 23rd. Not complying with this date could cause registrations to be refused.
- This date will allow Christine time to do her paperwork for the county.
- Christine needs players passes back from all county level coaches
- Also needs pictures for all players at the U9 or higher level, players passes must be redone this year
- All coaches/volunteers for this league must complete an OYSAN Risk Management Form online every year.
- Please complete ASAP.
Old Business
- Small sided games in Fall
- Steve’s plan for U5-U8 for Fall. Will e-mail draft.
- U5/U6 will be called Peanuts. Will play 3V3
- U7/U8 will be called Buckeyes. Will play 4V4. U8 will not play in county league starting this fall. They will remain inhouse.
- Soccer School will be Mon-Thurs at Longfellow. Parents may choose the day that is most convenient for them. Players may attend 2 days per week or all 4.
- Will need coaches, currently coaching at any level, to commit to dates on calendar to assist these players.
- Coaches could be team managers or a parent could be team manager. Would communicate with parents on team, be at games, check for shin guards, etc.
- Will manage teams of 6 to 8 players.
- Games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays
- Possible open registration again this summer specifically for U5-U8 Soccer School
- Christine will set the date and determine exact date Soccer School will start.
New Business
- Stocker Foundation Grant
- Applying for $8500.00 grant to help get fields started on Colorado Ave.
- Scott gathering info for community development department
- Steve will assist
