Registrar’s Report
- Deadline to get all information to county is Aug 1
- Team commitments due county by July 7
- Deadline for Lorain City Soccer coaches to return registration packets to Christine is June 23rd. Not complying with this date could cause registrations to be refused.
- This date will allow Christine time to do her paperwork for the county.
Old Business
- Coaches should provide parents with their name, contact information, game & practice schedules, and directions to away game fields, in writing, at the start of each season.
- Spring Team Pics will be May 17th at 5pm in the Longfellow School Gym. PrimoShots will mail team packages to the Coaches.
- Small sided games in Fall
- Volunteers needed for open registration. Here’s what I have so far:

- Steve discussed getting transportation on June 24, 2007 from Cleveland Airport Terminal to Oberlin for 150 kids for the PSA Soccer Camps. Return trip back will also be arranged. Steve is handling this anyone wishing to volunteer with this endeavor should contact Steve Heider.
- PSA and LCSA will provide $125 “Presidential Scholarships” to this summers “PSA Boy/Girl ID Camp” for Lorain players U11 – U14.
New Business
- Steve’s plan for U5-U8 for Fall. Will e-mail draft.
- U5/U6 will be called Peanuts. Will play 3V3
- U7/U8 will be called Buckeyes. Will play 4V4. U8 will not play in county league starting this fall. They will remain inhouse.
- Soccer School will be Mon-Thurs at Longfellow. Parents may choose the day that is most convenient for them. Players may attend 2 days per week or all 4.
- Will need 4 or more coaches to run Soccer School
- Games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays
- Team Managers will communicate with parents, etc.
- P.S.A. tournament 5V5. Need volunteers to work. Complete volunteer form online at www.goPSA.com
- In need of kids at the U7 level for Tony and Chris Dore soccer camp. Cost is $80. Call Frank.

- June 19th @ 8pm at the Lorain Coast Guard Station
- Registration packets may be turned in by coaches at this location
