Treasurer’s Report
* Report made from Lorain City Soccer check register for dates 9/19-10/11/06.
* Nicole will stay on as treasurer if we can’t get anyone else.
Report from County Rep
* Meeting was the next day on Nov. 15th at 7pm or 7:30pm.
* No one was able to attend.

Registrar’s Report
* Not present
Old Business
* Open registration set to begin on February 5th and close on February 28, 2007.
* Make registration packet for the Parks & Rec. department in case parents inquire with them about soccer.
* Per Steve one coach is not coaching in the spring, but has a replacement.
* Mark will call coaches about equipment because no one has responded to e-mails.
* Start registering new coaches on Feb. 5th and close on March 16th.
* Spring soccer will start after Spring Break, around April 13th.
* Mission statement will stay as is.
* Scott will call Jeff Kodman to check status of tax exempt and 501C3 status. If not in progress will call Attorney Riley.
New Business
* NOGSL U9 team has formed under the direction of Frank Griffith. He will be our NOGSL rep. unless he can get someone else to do it.
* New officers are as follows: Angie Sanchez is V.P. modified, Mark Ambrosio is Equipment Manager, Steve Heider is President, & Chris Dull is Field Manager.
* Scott will write letter to council asking for help with removal of baseball diamonds and help to make field better. Will forward a cc to Bob Renney and P.S.A.
* Steve is going to P.S.A. meeting at end of the month to discuss city of Lorain to be primary city of interest for them. He has all the info. (foot skills, handicap soccer, etc.). Brad Friedel’s organization is looking for people to chair the committees. Steve will get date for meeting and forward the information to L.C.S. members. He would like all officers to show up. Tentative date is Nov. 30th 7pm. Date and location to be confirmed by Steve.

* Corcino situation: Motion was made to refund $25.00 to Corcino’s for the upcoming spring session and not for the full $50.00 because a roster spot was held for him during the fall.
